LaQuita Hearn-Quinn serves as the Development Manager at CAASE (Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation). With a career dedicated to addressing gender-based violence, LaQuita has been actively involved in the field since 2006, working with various rape crisis and domestic violence agencies. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, complemented by a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
LaQuita brings over a decade of experience in fundraising and donor engagement, with a proven track record of driving successful development strategies. She has also contributed to the nonprofit sector by serving on boards and playing a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing board leadership. A staunch advocate for survivors, LaQuita is deeply committed to reproductive justice, ensuring that her work consistently aligns with her passion for empowering individuals and communities.
