We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, people around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Give to a cause you care about, like ending sexual harm, and then tell everyone you can about how you are giving and why they should too. The results are a community coming together to make a difference.
Join the #GivingTuesday movement!
Here are some ways your donation helps us in the fight against sexual harm:
$15 covers transportation to court with a survivor
$25 provides resource palm cards for students in Chicago high schools
$50 pays for the transcription of a brief court hearing
$100 provides a stipend for Survivors to provide expertise and input on CAASE policies and programs
Plus, you can make your #GivingTuesaday impact go way beyond your gift by helping your friends champion survivors, too! Share why you are giving to CAASE on social media with #ChampionSurviors. It’s easy with our toolkit full of sample emails, social posts, and graphics. Make sure to follow us @theCAASE on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for the latest updates.
Make a positive impact on the lives of survivors by supporting CAASE this #GivingTuesday!
